GU vanishes from polls

Gonzaga wasn’t ranked before its 0-2 road trip and now the Bulldogs are no longer in the others receiving votes category. GU was in the top 30 in both polls before losing at Santa Clara and San Francisco.

Saint Mary’s, which visits Gonzaga on Thursday, dropped to No. 24 in ESPN/USA Today’s Top 25. The Gaels dropped out of the A.P. rankings (now 30th). Here are the polls (unbeaten San Diego State is No. 4).
