Eags turn back Bengals

Glen Dean finished with a game-high 17 points and four other Eastern Washington players scored in double figures Saturday night at Reese Court as the Eagles picked up a crucial 83-70 men’s basketball win over visiting Big Sky Conference rival Idaho State.

Jeffrey Forbes has 15 points for the Eagles, who shot lights out in the second half  to keep their hopes of qualifying for the BSC Tournament very much alive.
