SpoKenya: A race for clean water

An exciting and worthy event is upon us: The SpoKenya Rua race for clean water is Saturday July 23, 2011.

This 7K walk / run is to raise money for a project in Kenya that will help deliver clean water where it’s needed most. According to the website , last year’s SpoKenya Run 2010 raised over $13,000 for water in Adiedo Kenya. The money was used for completion of a well near a primary school.
