Going to miss him

I was very sad to read of the passing of my friend Dennis Widener. Dennis was a gentle and caring man who meant a great deal to me and to many people. We will miss his kind smile and wonderful sense of humor. Our love and prayers go out to his family.

Dennis often mentioned his love for early morning bike rides around the neighborhood when he enjoyed some calm and peace before starting his day. I hope the person responsible for the hit-and-run will come forward and face the consequences. Maybe then he or she could begin to add something good in the world, because we surely lost something good in Dennis.
