This is in response to the letters by Peggie Boothe and Nima Michael Motahari regarding the Avista rate increase. I also do not agree with Avista’s lastest request for another rate increase. For all of you that also do not agree with Avista’s request, please either call (800) 562-6150 to voice your disapproval or send email to the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission. We all need to let the commission know we do not approve of another rate increase. Avista and its high-paid executives need to know they have to live within their means just as we do.
