Capitulation isn’t peace

Ms. Slobodow (Letters, June 4) claims Obama offers a course for peace for Israel. Problem is, Slobodow’s peace is the absence of war so long as Israel capitulates to terrorists and gives up land that belongs to Israel. Obama no more supports Israel’s security than he does ours by not stopping millions of illegal Mexicans and with them Middle East terrorists.

Obama has thrown Israel under the bus and would send them down the tubes in a heartbeat in favor of Muslim terrorists. By giving up land that is theirs puts Israel in an indefensible position against people that have sworn to wipe Jews from the face of the earth. It is time for decent, good people to take a stand for the only democracy and our only friends in the Middle East, Israel.
