Deep understanding lauded

I noticed a new sensitivity in the Sunday page editorial (June 19) and have to assume it is because Bert Caldwell, longtime business writer for this newspaper, wrote it. I fully anticipate viewpoints in future editorials having a deeper and more complex understanding of our wildly fluctuating and always surprising marketplace and the difficult-to-comprehend influences the global economy is daily placing on each and every one of us.

Great decision by the newspaper to have Bert writing editorials; we need his insights. Give him all the inches he needs.
