Ken Webber, 28, a school bus driver from Medford, Ore. who was suspended from his job for refusing to remove a Confederate flag from the truck bed of his personal vehicle parked at the Phoenix-Talent School District’s bus barn on Colver Road in Talent, Ore. A spokeswoman for the school bus company said Webber was asked to remove the flag because it violates school district policy.
