Vandals fall, will play USF in collegeinsider.com tourney

Idaho couldn’t overcome a couple of costly late turnovers, falling to San Jose State 74-68 Thursday in the WAC men’s tournament quarterfinals.

Shortly after the loss, Idaho learned that it will play at San Francisco, the third-place finisher in the WCC, on UPDATE: Wednesday (not Tuesday as indicated by Idaho officials earlier) in the Collegeinsider.com tournament. Idaho played in the event two years ago, going 1-1.
