Coeur d’Alene resident Jonathon Mueller was enjoying a meal with his wife at a downtown Tokyo restaurant last week when he heard the rumble that was a massive 9.0 quake that devastated northeastern Japan.“It started out as a rumble, and then it got more intense, and things were bouncing around,” Mueller said.Mueller, a landscape architect, was in Tokyo for business and was a witness to the evacuations around Tokyo as the quake and its aftershocks hit/ Erik Loney , KXLY.
