Life-saving support

I am writing this letter in full support of Planned Parenthood. By now, I’m sure you have heard of misleading attacks made by Abby Johnson. I feel strongly that the truth needs to be told.

I am one of the millions of women who has relied on Planned Parenthood for my health care. Planned Parenthood has always come through for me. They have helped me with birth control and other health care services I would not have been able to otherwise afford. I want to make this very clear: Planned Parenthood saved my life.

Planned Parenthood, no matter what my problem was, took the time to educate me about all of my options and always took the time to explain things to me.

The fact is the vast majority of Planned Parenthood’s services are focused on prevention. For many women, this is the only health care they will receive. Don’t take these services away.
