Weekend Wild Card — 4.30-5.1.11

Things settled down Saturday after the big scare with my beagle early in the morning, that kept us up most of the night. As I mentioned in the previous Wild Card, he entered my office around midnight Saturday bleeding badly from a tear in a growth near his groin that we’d just detected. We eventually took him to emergency care in Post Falls after trying for an hour to stop the bleeding. Snoopy spent a quiet day taken pain pills and antibiotics. But appears to be doing well now.
