- 1:49 p.m. A man is hanging by one hand off the Centennial Trail bridge over the Spokane River at the state line. Deputy recommends that Marine Division grab a patrol boat and “head down that way.” Also, deputy wants Kootenai County to notify Spokane County dive team.

- 12:10 p.m. Adult probation reports a wanted 47YO woman named Christine is in the office.
