I attended the open house for the revised plans for McEuen Field at the library Thursday evening. The main concerns I heard while eavesdropping involved the boat launch and revenue to pay for the upgrade. I didn’t see any organized protest. I was curious about the plan to relocate the American Legion Baseball diamond to the Eagles property north of the 15th Street fire station (Cherry Hill Park). Which had a $1M-plus price tag.
