Nancy Runyan on April 30 accused Glenn Beck and the Republicans of spreading fear. I’m sorry but months ago Glenn Beck warned that we personally should prepare because the cost of fuel and food would soon increase – that was not fear mongering, that was the truth.

He suggested each voter must think for themselves and do research on the views and actions of those up for election in their local, state and federal races. We should not rely on the mainstream media or the extreme right or left programs as our sole source of information.

I believe that the country has many problems, not the least of which is the government spending more money than it takes in. I do not believe that just voting for a Republican or a Democrat can solve these problems. Become an informed voter.

  • We cannot accept more than one letter a month from the same writer.
