Tuesday Video: Help the Spokane Riverkeeper win $3,000
The Spokane Riverkeeper
wants you to click on this video as many times as possible to help them win a viral video competition and “with the money we’ll take care of the hard part - cleaning up and protecting the Spokane River.
As part of their partnership with Aveda, the Rivekeeper has teamed up with the Aveda store at Riverpark Square to create this video for the
Aveda Earth Month video contest
. The video that gets the most views on YouTube wins $3,000. “That’s $3,000 that we’ll invest right back in to the work we’re doing to clean up and protect the Spokane River” says The Riverkeeper. “That’s $3,000 for Spokane.”
This video is hilarious and there are only four days left. Watch it again and then share it again. From the Riverkeeper: “I think you’ll see that we have a real masterpiece on our hands here. Don’t believe me. Well, all you need to know is that Don Hamilton has his hands in this project. In more ways than one.”
Enough with the suspense. After the jump is the finest bit of cinéma vérité I’ve seen in Spokane.
