Let’s get back to work

I don’t know about you, but I’m about bin Ladened out. It’s over, they found him, they killed him, it’s over. I believe the president, he’s dead.

Now let’s get back to running the country. We need jobs and we need them now. This country is not broke, there are trillions of dollars sitting in those banks we bailed out, so let’s get some kind of stimulus package going.

Cuts, cuts, cuts. That’s the Republican package. We need to spend some money to put people to work.

Don’t worry about the deficit. If we get people working we can pay that off in no time. After World War II the deficit was at 143 percent of GDP, and what did we do? We went to work making things. We went to school to get smarter so we could look back and see where the mistakes were made. And then you voted the Republicans back in.

I’m not sure that was smarter. So come on, John Boehner, you’ve been there over 100 days. Where the hell are the jobs?
