Spokane Valley Woman Dies in H95 Crash

A 76-year-old Spokane Valley woman died in a head-on crash on Highway 95, a half mile north of Silverwood Theme Park, Friday. Myra Gann suffered fatal injuries at 3:03 p.m. when she attempted to make a U-turn on northbound Highway 95, from the right shoulder north of Brunner. Her 2000 Honda Accord struck a 2002 Chevy Avalanche driven by Kyle Meschko, 22, of Sagle. Gann later died at Kootenai Medical Center. Meschko was not injured. ( Scanner Traffic reported the crash earlier today . It tied up heavy traffic for at least 90 minutes.)
