Spencer Targets Lakes Highway Race

You can’t expect a highway district or school trustee election to pass without political gadfly Larry Spencer weighing in. In a mailing about the Lakes Highway District that hit mailboxes over the weekend, Spencer analyzed the three “teams” running for two spots on the highway district board. He breaks them down into “Team A,” Diane Fountain and Chris Kraft; “Team B,” Corky Witherwax and Dan Malcolm; and “Team C,” incumbents Marv Lekstrum and Monty Montgomery.
