Christie: Which Of Our Votes Counted?

Christie Wood: My husband was the first person to vote at 0800 am at Kootenai Fire. He called me and said his ballot had Rod/Seymour but the Highway District was the Post Falls candidates. I was disappointed that I would have to vote for the PF candidate and not the Lakes candidates because we live in CDA near the Public Golf Course. I voted on my lunch hour and my ballot had the Lakes candidates. I told the poll worker after I voted that my ballot was different from my husbands. She did not know what to say. So maybe they think I live upstairs in our house and my husband downstairs? We are in different Highway Districts??? Which one of our votes counted?

Question: County Clerk Cliff Hayes deserves kudos for dealing with 2 minor errors at the polls head on. But I don’t think he knows about this one. Anyone else see anything unusual at polls?
