Idaho Woman: Dad Delivered Obama

The Idaho Mountain Express reports Wednesday that a Blaine County woman says her father was the physician who delivered Barack Obama in Honolulu on Aug. 4, 1961. Kathy Sinclair-McClatchy of Gannett and her mother, Ivalee Sinclair of Hawaii, spoke with the paper. The family provided a will signed by Dr. David Sinclair in 1966 that appears to match the physician’s signature on the “long-form” birth certificate released by the White House last month.
