ISP: Use Caution At I-90/Stateline

Westbound I90 at the idaho/ Washington State line has been reduced to one lane of travel at mile post 298 due to construction on the Washington Port of Entry.  This is causing severe traffic back ups in the area for several miles into Idaho.  Motorists need to plan for extended delays in the area and also be advised that using an Emergency crossover is a Misdemeanor violation in the State of Idaho punishable by a fine or jail time. Please use great caution in the area as traffic is moving very slow and awareness prevents crashes/ ISP news release.
