On her Facebook wall, incumbent Michelle Lippert offers this rallying cry for those who supported her
successful defense of her Post Falls School Board seat versus a Reagan Republican candidate: “Let’s get the referendums signed and send a message to Boise. Our children are not for sell to the highest online provider. The opinion of parents and teachers count. Luna’s plan benefits for-profit education providers, not the children of Idaho.” Responding to a comment on the post, she said she asked Dave Paul to consider asking for a recount in his 4-vote loss to Reagan Republican candidate Bonnie Beaulieu, noting that there was a ballot problem at the Prairie View polling place.
