Idaho is dead last in the country for home appreciating, but there’s a silver lining. A lot of experts say now’s the best time to buy a home. You might not know it, but the condition of the real estate market in the Treasure Valley is slowly getting better. “We’ve been there before and we’ve been there for a while. I think we’ve hit bedrock, as for pricing on homes,” said Jim McNabb, with Coldwell Banker Realty. Idaho is dead last in appreciations, even behind the District of Columbia.
