20% Couldn’t Pass Written Driver’s Test

Here’s a driving question for you: When you approach a steady yellow traffic light, what do you do?  Apparently more than half the people who took a recent written driving test in a national insurance company survey got that question wrong. A new report from GMAC Insurance found nearly 20% of drivers on the road today cannot meet the basic requirement to get a driver’s license.  That means 37 million American drivers would not pass the written test if taken today/KREM2.
