Risch: Israel ‘Thoughtful’ Re: Borders

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu offers “a very thoughtful and convincing framework” for establishing borders with a Palestinian state, Sen. Jim Risch said today. Risch, R-Idaho, met earlier today with Netanyahu in Jerusalem. “Both parties will need to agree on borders, among other final status issues, but Israel should not have to rewind history or sacrifice its security for a hollow agreement,” Risch said afterward/ Kevin Richert , Idaho Statesman. Question: Should Israel be forced to return to its borders similar to those pre-1967, as a foundation to a peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians?
