Fullmer, fair and square

Hey, you – you who stole my property. You reached into my yard and stole the Sally Fullmer sign I put up. You don’t want her to win the Spokane school board race, so you think it’s OK to steal my property, my voice, this election – and assert your selfish interests in their place. You walked around this neighborhood today, lifting signs off of people’s property. I counted at least 10 gone, in addition to the dozens stolen since the campaign began.

You took a sign from next to someone’s house. Not only did you steal, you trespassed. You think what you want is more important. You don’t care about the principle of free and fair elections.

You should know that your shameful, small-minded tactic only hardens my determination. When you steal my voice like that, out of my yard, you’re stealing the basis of a free America. I take it seriously.

I put up another sign in place of the one you stole. I am voting for Sally. I’m asking everyone I meet to vote for Sally. All you’ve done, by stealing our voice out of our yard, is made that goal easier.
