Leaders endorse Brower

Gary Livingston, Brian Benzel, Carol Wendle, Bill Hyslop, Larry Vandervert, Michael Senske – just a few of the names you will see on the endorsement list for Deana Brower for the school board open seat in Spokane. These are trusted names that are engaged and respected in the community as leaders in education, business and nonprofit organizations.

Citizens that come from the left, right and center who understand that it is only through cooperation and engagement with the broad range of ideas and dialogue in public policy that positive and good change can occur.

Never has the contrast in a local school board race been more apparent or the consequences so dire for the future of public education in Spokane.

Vote for an intelligent, passionate, experienced and reasonable voice for Spokane school board. Vote for Deana Brower.

The Spokesman-Review invites original letters on local topics of public interest. Your letter must adhere to the following rules:

  • No more than 250 words
  • We reserve the right to reject letters that are not factually correct, racist or are written with malice.
  • We cannot accept more than one letter a month from the same writer.
  • With each letter, include your daytime phone number and street address.
  • The Spokesman-Review retains the nonexclusive right to archive and re-publish any material submitted for publication.
