City robs taxpayers

I have lived here all my life, and for the life of me I can’t figure out how these people think. We have a 50-year circus on how the City Council works, and their costly decisions. We have a Fire Department where the employees make too much money, and know how to waste it. We have a Police Department where they make too much money also, and pretty much do what they want. They go through stop signs, drive any speed they want, and they know how to waste time. The city is always getting sued and paying out enormous sums of money. Our city is just like our government, which is non-productive and non-accountable. It amounts to stealing from the taxpayer.
