Entire force not guilty

Mary Verner tried to ignore the homicide of Otto Zehm for four years; now she wants the feds to investigate the SPD. I think what she really wants is to get out of office in a blaze of glory. In my book, that’s just a bit self-serving.

I think we have a good Police Department that serves in harm’s way 24 hours a day. I am glad, however, that Karl Thompson was found guilty of his horrible crime, but all the other cops shouldn’t have to pay the price.
