Poll: Party Politics In Local Races? No

• Weekend Poll: Hucks Nation doesn’t want to know the party affiliation of candidates running for office in local, nonpartisan elections. The county Reagan Republicans, the Pachyderm Club, and other county Republicans are pushing candidates to reveal their party affiliation. 97 of 177 (54.8%) don’t want to know a candidate’s political affiliation. 77 of 177 (43.5%) respondents say they want to know a candidate’s affiliation. 3 were undecided.
