Noon: How Butch Got His Nickname

Shoshone Conservative: Butch Otter would be another George W. Bush. Think about it - there’s, actually, a lot of similarties between the two, except Otter was actually a SUCCESSFUL business executive, and he married money, rather than being born into it. Otherwise - same style and public persona, same political positions, etc. The resemblance, actually, is striking. And, even though she likes saying “Butch Otter”, I note the “Butch” story isn’t mentioned. Apparently, when he was going to Catholic School, the other kids made fun of his real name, Clement, and kept calling him “Clem Kadiddlehopper.” So, one of the nuns suggested “Butch” as a nickname.
