Tea party vetoes judgment
How ridiculous can tea party supporters be? They are against government that provides security, clean water, clean air, workplace safety, economic fraud protection, education, health care and that protects civil rights. They are against government because it sets up rules and regulations that make these things possible.
At the same time, their members commit to positions established by their leaders. They sign pledges to never support abortion, to never create public debt, to support the proliferation of guns in the hands of citizens, to prevent stem cell research, etc. These pledges are their form of rules and regulations that prevent them, as individuals, from exercising individual judgment. Perhaps they are incapable of exercising individual judgment.
