No respect for SPD

It has been more than five years since Otto Zehm died at the hands of the Spokane Police Department! Since that horrific night the Spokane Police Department and mayor have all played one big “let’s cover our butts!” game. I have not heard one iota of sympathy directed toward Otto Zehm from the SPD other than its famous “It’s unfortunate”!

The SPD is blaming Otto Zehm, the victim! Karl Thompson’s supporters are quick to point out, “You are not there. You don’t know what really happened!” Yet many of Thompson’s supporters were not there either, yet back “their boy”!

It does not bother the SPD that Nicks’ statements were not true and he is now testifying against Thompson! It does not bother the SPD that Thompson tried to hide his assets in his ex-wife’s name! An innocent person would not do that.

How many more innocent citizens are going to lose their lives at the hands of the SPD? The major problem is the SPD has substandard, pathetic leadership. And if you think Thompson will get convicted in this “good ole boy” city, you must believe in Santa Claus.

I have no respect for the SPD.
