26YO Man ID’d As Car Fire Victim

Justin W. Gardner, 26, of Rathdrum, has been identified as the victim of a car fire that occurred at 5:06 a.m. last Wednesday at Seltice Way and Cedar in Post Falls. The ISP reports that Gardner was traveling in his 1997 Subaru Legacy westbound on Seltice Way, near Commerce Loop, at the time of the accident.  He then went through several coned off areas in a construction zone, hitting cones and a construction barrel.  The vehicle traveled another 3/4 of a mile before stopping before Cedar Street and caught fire.  Gardner was unable to exit the vehicle.
