Digger: Hate Crime Concept? No

Digger: As a GWM I can’t agree with the hate crime concept. All crimes are bad — and it doesn’t make it any more or less of a crime based on the intent of the perpetrator. A fight is a fight regardless of whether or not you’re gay and to think that you’ve somehow got special rights just because your gay and lost a fight is counterproductive to the “we’re equal” fight presently going on in our world.

Question: Do you agree with the concept of a hate crime?
