KXLY Interviews Councilman Edinger

Three men have lost their jobs with the City of Coeur d’Alene because of who their grandfather is.Councilmember and former mayor Ron Edinger’s grandsons were terminated because of a law put into place in 1990. That law states that relatives of mayor and council officials can’t work in the city. The law is meant to avoid elected officials profiting off of their position, and unfair employment practices.Edinger claimed that he knew nothing about the law, and his family is being targeted because of his politics/ Anusha Roy , KXLY.
