Neighborhood events timing

The blog is back at the Hillyard Merchant Committee’s meeting this morning - it’s been a while since the last time. I am still impressed by the number of people who show up here, every Wednesday morning, at the Outlaw Cafe.
The conversation is about neighborhood events - and the timing of when to have festivals and neighborhood gatherings to best help local businesses.
