Democracy and socialism

When Rose Kelly Rhoades (Aug. 28) said that Rick Perry is George W. Bush redux, does that mean she is bringing back her mean jeans to savage another human?

Democracy and socialism have one word in common: equality. Democracy seeks equality in liberty and socialism in restraint and servitude. Rejecting the federal government and its money is rejecting servitude and restraint.

Loving country means liberty to Perry, conservatives, tea party. Restraint and servitude is loving country to Barack Obama, Rose, the mainstream media, Hollywood, the Environmental Protection Agency, all of George Soros’ nonprofits, and public radio.

Rose, if you work 45 years and take the Social Security money you paid in and your company paid in and put it in a medium growth fund each month, you would have around $6 million. Why do you think Social Security is not a Ponzi scheme?
