Panabaker Quits Hayden Mayor Race

Hayden Mayor Ron McIntire is running for a fourth term, and City Council member Dick Panabaker said he is pulling out of the race. “It would be a different story if things weren’t going so well,” Panabaker said. “He’s an awfully popular candidate. And as long as things are in good shape, there’s no point in me getting in the middle of things and muddying the water.” Panabaker, a past mayor of the city, still has a couple years remaining on his council term.
