• 3:31 p.m. CPD officer has spotted possible handicap-spot violation @ Walgreen’s/CdA.
• 3:30 p.m. Numerica, 465 Bosanko/CdA reports a suspicious male on premises.
• 3:29 p.m. Caller from 600 block of W. Hubbard reports unwanted person on property.
• 3:26 p.m. Officers have taken a man into custody who apparently tried to escape them by jumping into water (but I didn’t get location), possibly in northern Kootenai County because Timberlake Fire District was called to bring a harness. The man was hypothermic and clinging to an abutment above a waterfall when officers were finally able to arrest him. He was still uncooperative.
