Snow Angels

I was going through the SR photo files when I saw this wonderful 2003 photo from former colleague Brian Plonka (husband of mega-talented SR photog Kathy Plonka). It’s out of season. But it’s still wonderful. And I thought you’d get a kick out of it: “Sister Amanda de Jesus gets nailed with a snowball by Sister Rosa Elena after school Wednesday afternoon at Mount Saint Michael School in northeast Spokane. This is the first time the nuns visiting from Guadalajara, Mexico, have seen snow.”
