Always A Fine Time To Drop A Line
Wayne Luiten, 45, of Spokane, Wash., found a dry spot above the flooded Centennial Trail, to drop a fishing line. The Spokane River has overtaken the trail and is nearing the road. Luiten says he likes the water this high. It makes it easier for him to reach the water. (SR photo: Dan Pelle)
