Kevin McLeod formerly of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho stands near the flare pit of a drilling operation in Williston, N.D. recently. Kevin and his family had to move to Williston so he could find employment. He now works for B&G Roustabout. Williston is one of the tiny towns surrounding the oil-rich Bakken formation, estimated to hold anywhere between 4 billion and 24 billion barrels of oil.
