Farris: Cat Got Labrador’s Tongue?

Today 1st Congressional District candidate Jimmy Farris praised Congressman Mike Simpson for condemning Congresswoman Michele Bachmann’s (pictured in AP photo) claim that the U.S. government has been infiltrated by the Muslim Brotherhood. Congressman Simpson spoke out against Bachmann’s claims Friday, calling them “outrageous” and “a bad reflection on all Republicans.” Farris commended Simpson for speaking out strongly against Bachmann’s claim, which dredges up the specter of McCarthyism. “I commend Congressman Simpson on his willingness to take such a strong stand against a fellow Republican for her disturbing and inflammatory statements,” said Farris. “I call on Congressman Labrador to do the same”/ Jimmy Farris campaign news release.
