Richert: No Where To Go But Up

On his Facebook wall, opinionator Kevin Richert of the Idaho Statesman writes: ” An angry caller just said I’m ‘one of the worst editors in the country.’ So, there’s that. #NowhereToGoButUp” I don’t deal with as many angry callers as I did in the, ahem, good ol’ days (all 13 years of them) when I wrote for the SR’s Editorial Page. However, I did get that anti-bicycler on Monday who wanted to vent. But didn’t want to listen. I started tapping the brakes on our conversation when his cussing escalated. They don’t pay me to listen to cads. How about you?
