Times-News: What Idaho law says about rape and pregnancy

With Missouri Rep. Todd Akin’s controversial comments about rape and pregnancy in the news, Twin Falls Times-News reporter Melissa Davlin took a look at what Idaho law says about rape and pregnancy. What she found: The victim can go to court and terminate parental rights if the pregnancy occurred as a result of rape, incest or lewd conduct with a minor.
