Taxes for Sandy aid

I have a simple recommendation: I would agree with President Barack Obama’s tax increase to raise taxes on the top 2 percent of taxpayers if, and only if, every dime would go toward rebuilding from Superstorm Sandy in New York, New Jersey and other areas hit.

Otherwise, this is more spending, spending, spending.
