• 10:14 a.m. Ashley tells PFPD that a suspicious male is taking photos of neighborhood houses.

• 9:16 a.m. Female bicyclist suffers head cut & leg, neck, head & shoulder injuries in crash w/vehicle near off ramp of I-90 & H95. EMTs are on scene. (Nic reports: “Bike under car, kid in road holding his legs.”) Dylan Wohlenhaus/KHQ was told by police that biker was going wrong way. Story here.
