National Review: Let It Be Santorum

The editors of the journal founded by conservative pioneer William F. Buckley Jr. say today in an article titled “Santorum’s Turn,” that they hope Rick Santorum will become the “principal challenger” to Mitt Romney for the GOP nomination for president. Santorum will be in Coeur d’Alene Tuesday afternoon and will appear at a free event Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Capital High School auditorium in Boise. “At the moment Rick Santorum appears to be overtaking Newt Gingrich as the principal challenger to Mitt Romney,” write the National Journal editors/ Dan Popkey , Idaho Statesman.
